The BabyBond Baby Gate is a hardware-mounted gate that literally screws into your wall or door frame, making it a safer option if your little one is capable of climbing up the steps. It's a very smart move to block the entrance with a baby gate, especially when you're cooking or if the laundry room is not a separate room with a door that can be easily closed. For homes with the majority of bedrooms and bathrooms accessed via a hallway, the BabyBond Baby Gate is the perfect solution for doorways and hallways.
The BabyBond child gate swings both ways and stays open when opened more than 90° or automatically closes and locks when below that, making it very convenient to avoid forgetting to close the gate. It's also perfect for pets, keeping your dogs out of the main living area: living room, kitchen, and laundry room.
Before installation, there will be a gap between the gate latch and the frame, which is not a defect and not bent. This gap will be eliminated once installed. The package includes an extra gadget, a wrench, to assist in rotating the adjustable wheel. The gap will gradually become smaller and then disappear. Once all the wheels are tightly turned, the installation is complete.
All BabyBond Gates support both pressure and drill installation. Carefully read the manuals before installation. To open the gate, lift the handle up, hold it, and push towards the side.
The BabyBond Baby Gate expands to fit openings between 27 and 43 inches wide and stands 30 inches tall. The opening (21 inches) is 25% wider than ordinary metal baby gates, making it easier to walk through while holding a baby.
The simple pressure-mounting design allows for quick and easy installation, without the need for drilling or tools. It's perfect for stairs, hallways, doorways, and open spaces. The double-lock design makes it difficult for toddlers to open, ensuring the safety of your crawling baby at the top of the stairs or in the kitchen, and keeping your dogs out of the main living area. It's suitable for children 6-24 months and great for pets too.
The auto-close function is a convenient feature, as the child gate will stay open when opened more than 90° or automatically close and lock when below that, helping you avoid forgetting to close the gate.
The adjustable BabyBond Baby Gate includes a main gate, an 8.5-inch wide extension, two 2.75-inch extensions, and a pressure/hardware mounting kit, allowing it to fit any 27-43 inch opening. Just make sure your opening size is within this range before purchase.
